The most obvious sign that you are in a cult, is if the entire "program" is

based on the "master" embracing and totally absorbed in the superficial / materialistic lifestyle , But at the same time they are preaching that you should be living on a spiritual level ( teaching their nonsense version of spiritual enlightenment )...Spiritual and Physical / Materialistic cannot coexist, No more than lies and truth can coexist. 

Later I will teach you how to effectively blend True Spiritual Enlightenment with "altered" levels of physical-mental-sexual-emotional existence . Another obvious sign of a self-absorbed cult leader ( other than things like a lot of guns in their commune, making sure they have sex with every female commune member, owning and driving that many cars that are worth half-a-million each, on and on it goes...
