In America, approximately 36 million people practice Yoga. Which means that 36 million people follow a false spiritual master. Don't be fooled by your yoga instructor at a local yoga studio who says she teaches "modern yoga" ( yes, it's usually a female instructor ) ...don't believe it. If it's really yoga, she learned in a student-Master dynamic.

Therefore you are also in a student-Master dynamic, whether you know it or not. This is what usually happens; you will eventually be invited to a group yoga retreat or some other type of group meeting, and this is where you will meet your "Master" , the head of the yoga system that you are practicing. I hope that you like Hinduism, because you are involved in it every time you practice yoga. 

Do your research about how many cults (that are known) are based in yoga, or at least yoga was the "front" to gradually get you in the cult. 

If you are a woman, don't be surprised if your male yoga instructor wants to get in your yoga pants. 

36 million people involved in yoga does not validate it as something that will benefit you in the long-term. The gullible masses, to put it bluntly, unfortunately attach value based on how many other people do a specific activity or believe specific theories, philosophies, or doctrines. 

We won't even discuss the Millions (or billions) of people that follow false religions. Religion in itself is not false, but there are definitely false religions. Common-sense should tell you that they cannot all be right, and they cannot co-exist. 

So, how does it feel to be wasting your time and energy following a false spiritual leader, master, guru, shaman, etc.etc...? of course your defenses will go up and you will be pissed off...but I have spoken the truth and it is up to you to either accept or reject. Do I expect people to accept truth ? Definitely not ! predictable human nature proves itself over and over...Most people will run TO lies and run FROM truth.
